Before You Submit a Ticket
- Please provide your correct order number if your request is related to an order.
- For damaged, defective, incorrect, or print-related issues, please upload clear photos or videos as evidence.
- Issue reports for damaged, defective, or wrong items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, wrong design, or other customer errors.
- Submitting a ticket does not guarantee a refund, replacement, cancellation, or order modification. Each request will be reviewed based on our policies.
